A Suez grooming team built on patience and careful handling
Burst Kinkaju Pet Grooming started with a simple idea: dogs and cats groom better when they feel calm, not rushed or restrained.
Our Track Record
A closer look at how our grooming studio has grown alongside Suez's pet-owning community
How We Groom
A consistent, low-stress method we apply to every dog and cat that visits our studio
-
1
Meet & Assess
Every visit starts with a short check-in where we look at coat condition, skin, and temperament, and ask owners about any sensitivities before planning the session.
-
2
Calm Handling
We work at a pace suited to each animal, using slow introductions to tools and frequent breaks for anxious or older pets so grooming stays comfortable throughout.
-
3
Bath & Coat Care
Bathing, brushing, and drying are done with attention to coat type and skin condition, using techniques suited to short, long, or double-coated breeds.
-
4
Finishing Touches
Trimming, nail care, and ear cleaning are completed last, followed by a final check with the owner to confirm the pet is comfortable and the results meet expectations.
What Suez Pet Owners Say
My cat hides from strangers but she let the groomer trim her nails without a fight. Took about 40 minutes and she came home relaxed, not stressed like at other places we tried.
Our old Labrador has bad hips and can't stand for long grooming sessions. The team adjusted, let him lie down twice, and still finished a full wash and trim in under an hour.
Booked a grooming slot for two Persian cats before a trip. They kept us updated on timing and the coats looked properly de-matted, not just brushed on top. Will go back.
